CHILDRENS MINISTRIES

We know how much Jesus loves and prizes children. They are so near to His heart. Even so, your children are near to the heart of this church. We believe that if a church is to be like Jesus, it must love and minister to children just as Jesus does.

With this in mind we have developed the following ministries for your children. It is not a babysitting service, but a time of feeding and nurturing your children in the Word of God.

PASTORING THE CHILDREN

Matthew 9:36 states God's people, "...fainted, and were scattered abroad, as sheep having no shepherd." This passage shows the importance of a pastor in the life of every Christian. We believe it is just as important for the children to be under the anointing and care of the pastor as it is for adults. Then, as they grow up they will stay connected to their pastor and their local church, and they won't be scattered or pulled away from the pastor who watches over their soul.

The Gospel preached in its simplicity will feed our children as well as the adults; but they will also get to participate in the move of the Holy Spirit that flows in our services, thereby training them in the Word and the Spirit.
